Merch Bot is a name that has been synonymous with hilarity since its’ inception in 2005.

Now you, too, can carry our funny stickers, awesome shirts and clever buttons to your customers.

Shirts

Unless otherwise noted, our unisex t-shirts are screen printed on 5.5-oz Jerzees t-shirts. Our girlie shirts are printed on either Kavio or District Threads shirts. If you would like your shirts printed on a different brand, just contact us. We can probably help you out.

Shirts ship within 5-10 business days via UPS ground.

Stickers

Our stickers are screen printed on quality vinyl. They should last 3-5 years on the back of a car. Stickers are ordered in quantities of 12, and ship via free freight anywhere within the US.

Buttons

Our buttons are hand-made by maybe the nerdiest person you’ve ever seen. Our buttons are available in one-inch and 1.5-inch sizes are be ordered in quantities of 12, and ship via free freight anywhere within the US.

Ordering online

Merch Bot Wholesale only sells in wholesale quantities to qualified retailers. If you want to purchase in retail quantities or do not have a resale license, please visit our main site at Merch-Bot.com

To place an order through our website you will need to be a retailer. If you are not a qualified retailer, your order will be canceled and funds will be returned to you within 30 days. Orders placed through our website are subject to changes based on product availability. Payment is due when you place your order, please see Payment Terms and Options below for payment information. Sorry, terms are not currently available.

ORDERING VIA PHONE OR EMAIL

We prefer to process your order online, but you can place an order via phone or email if you insist. Please contact us for help placing an order.

Business hours: 11 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday.

Washington State Retailers: Merch Bot Wholesale must have a copy of your Reseller Permit from the State of Washington Department of Revenue.

Minimum order

Opening Order: $150 Reorders: $100

Product must be ordered in minimum order quantities (units) as specified below.

STICKERS – Minimum order 12 per design.
BUTTONS – Minimum order 12 per design.
JEWELRY – Minimum order 6 per style.
SHIRTS – Minimum order 12 per design (mixed sizes is allowed).

Our shopping cart is not QUITE advanced enough to force you to order the minimum quantity for shirts, so if you place an order without meeting the minimum, we’ll contact you to help fill in the missing quantity.

Payment

• Check or money order
• Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted and will be charged at time of order.

Sorry, we do not ship outside the US.

All prices/invoices are shown in US Dollars and must be paid in US Dollars.

Back Orders

Unless otherwise requested, out of stock items totaling $75.00 or more in value will be backordered and shipped using the same payment terms and shipping method as the original order without notice. Customers are responsible for canceling unwanted backorders.

Shipping

Orders ship FOB Bellingham, WA 98225 via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground service unless another method is specified.

Freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Please provide your email address to receive electronic UPS shipping notification.

Returns

We do not sell on consignment or guaranteed sale basis and do not accept returns. Please notify us immediately if you find any discrepancy with your order. Customers will be charged a 15% restock fee plus freight for refused orders. Missing or damaged items must be reported within ten days of receipt.
